Non-furniture orders will be charged a fee of $10 for the North Island, $15 for the South Island & $20 for Northland & Otago. Rural/remote locations will incur extra charges.
Please note we cannot send orders to PO Boxes.

Important information:
These rates exclude rural/remote addresses. You can still place an order with us, but we will contact you directly with a shipping invoice after your purchase. If you would like a delivery quote prior to placing your order then please email us at store@humbleandgrand.co.nz. Our freight company reserves that right to deem whether an address is considered rural or remote.
Furniture deliveries can take 7-14 days depending on your location.
Other couriered items take 2-3 days for urban and up to 7 days for rural addresses.
Packaging
We use recycled packaging where possible, reusing the boxes, paper and wrap that products arrive in when we receive them. From time to time this means depending on what you order your product may arrive with bubble wrap. As much as we want to be plastic-free, it makes sense to us to re-use and minimise waste by using bubble wrap to protect your product. We will be working with our suppliers to try and minimise the use of plastic. In the meantime, we will reuse and recycle as much as possible.
